1. Download the ico file here, and save it to your computer. 2. Right click on the taskbar shortcut to your browser, and click properties. 3. Click "Change Icon" and navigate to the ico file. *One can use custom Icons on every Windows OS since 2000 Professional, and the process to do so is invariant. 
Upon restarting, the new icon will appear.
