No worries it happens to everyone.

So now lets turn it into a post fest before the lock......

These might be just the ticket for those looking to start a bumpfire AR SAW project. They look like they would be significantly less cumbersome than the MWG 90 round drums.

If it rattles as loud as a Beta C-mag I'd rather have two 30 round magazines.

All drums rattle. It's just the nature of the beast. Just turn your awesome theme music up a little louder.

Yes apparently the mods are allowing this to remain as a monument to my failure. I searched "magpul drum ar15.com" on google.

Magpul is clearing aiming at the USMC M27 IAR . Most drums won't fit in M27's mag well (thanks H&K).

I THOUGHT I had more than enough mags.

I was wrong.

Hopefully Beta C Mag will drop their price. Is the Magpul'd drum offset?
Link Posted: 1/14/2015 9:27:33 AM EST
So I guess there will have to be a new type of mag pouch made for the reloads...

@ $129 a pop? You can get two 30 rnd pmags for under$30 and its worth $100 to you to keep from changing a mag once?
At that price I am more than happy to swap a mag after 30 rnds.

by the same idea, two 40 rounders and 1 swap may be a better solution.
