they should just build next to LaRue and add a walkway to each other

How many times can they move there?
OP - we landed on the moon, too. |

LaRue is in Leander, a conservative and freedom loving small city on the outskirts of Liberal Loony Austin. MagPul is actually putting their facility in the City of Austin E,T,J, (Extra Territorial Jurisdiction) meaning the city can set all the rules for MagPul to have to follow. I personally would have set up OUTSIDE of Austin and their silly political correctness, but hey their money = their call. Welcome to the Neighborhood & Texas!! BIGGER_HAMMER |

Humm, Announcement is made that MagPul is coming to Austin, and within a week a gunman starts shooting up Downdown Austin...

...Why Austin? Out of that whole state, they pick the shitty liberal city?
|
|
Austin was chosen because of a number of reasons but we like being the counterculture, kind of like in Boulder. Keeps us on our toes philosophically speaking.
We spent several days in Dallas/Fort Worth and it was a close call. In the end we are just happy to be in Texas and the music and hills in Austin are hard to beat. View Quote This is what they said in the hometown form when people questioned them going to Austin. |

Keep their ugly plastic shit off of Larue's products. Fuck...

I feel bad for the people who are going to lose their jobs because of the move.

Austin is pretty fucking cool. Don't let some pansy-ass mouth yokles who aren't even from Texas influence your opinion. For every tard at the piano bar with stupid opinions there are two hot chicks just like Daisy Duke, and dressed accordingly, who are as down to earth as it gets. It's a great town with amazing Tex-Mex and BBQ. The city also has an official motto - "The live music capital of the world" - and it is, big time. I grew up not too far away and my two best friends growing up are now police officers there, so I visit every other summer. If the city knew the shit we did in high school, they couldn't get jobs on the municipal lawn cutting crew. |

BIGGER_HAMMER We looked all around for suitable places. The building we got took us 8 months to close on due to a law suit that was ongoing between the selling parties. In the end nothing showed up in eight months that suited our needs as this one (size, parking, location and privacy). Also the whole building is in the shaped like a Spartan chevron which we took as a good sign. We just got possession of it a few days ago so it will be a couple months of renovations before we can occupy it. |
