I think saw this truck in a parking lot just outside of Savannah back in February. It was dark out, so if it wasn’t this same truck it was nearly identical. However I didn’t get a pic. While mindlessly messing with my phone today I did a google search and came up with this. Supposedly it’s out of New Jersey and runs the east coast.
Have you seen it?

Forgot to add...the driver parked and walked across the parking lot to a restaurant. He looked as interesting as the truck.

That scoop on the side, closest to the front: I had one exactly like that I was going to stick on my car in high school. White plastic, I think it was supposed to be glued down because I figured rivets would break the plastic flange. I never put it on.
