anybody train there. I used to fish all over the Pickel Meadows area back in the sixtys. Would sit out in front of Leavitt Meadows Lodge and watch the Marines across the road on the cliffs, climb, repell and shoot blanks and throw dummies off the 80 foot cliff. I was a teenager then and man it was cool.[:D]

i trained there. hardest school i personally attended. the worst part was the cold weather survival phase. it wasnt pretty seeing my big ass in a bag with another man. although, i can still tie a double prusic behind my back [:D]

I have never trained there, but I know several of the officers that are stationed there now. They are regular customers in my restaraunt and they are the nicest group of guys( and damn can those boys drink!) That whole area is practically my back yard.
