Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - MS Zune help

I have an old zune that I want to access but I cannot.

W10

I have tried over and over to install Zune-Firmware-x86. It always crashes even when installing in comparability mode.

Zune software installs just fine but it cant read my Zune, probably because of the sentence above.


Can anyone assist me? I have been digging through MS support articles with no luck.

You might have to try either a 32 bit version of Win 10, or maybe yank up a Win 7 boxen.  My wife hasn't used her Zune in ages... @Wodstock any insight?

Been so long I can't claim to know what's compatible anymore. I don't even know where mine is  at this time. Sorry.
