dont scrable, just break the yolk and keep pushing it into a square until it stops getting runny.

throw a cheese slice on it at the last 15 seconds to melt it a bit, toast the bread, add butter, salt and pepper. Mmmmm, can't wait to get home from work

No, no, no. Fried egg w/ bacon, cheese and tomato IF  in season. Toast the bread and melt the cheese like a grilled cheese sanwich. Salt and pepper to taste. You'll thank me later.
