Hrmmm, I love tabasco but I never thought to put it on pork rinds.  I may have to nuke another bag!

Tobasco is ok but I prefer dipping them in Medium Pace Picante.

I heard about these, but I can't find em anywhere.. Strange that I live in Detroit (demography wise) and can't find many good Prok (like Pron) Rhinds.

Yep. We called that combo "skins and sauce" when we slipped across the Ala/Miss line to Johnnies Smokehouse where the legal age was 18 (we were probably 17). Great incentive for the cold draft beer. Smoked mullet was great too, at least as I recall from many years away. Ahhhhh. Youth.
