Provisions in the bill include:

That law only happens if MA residents let it. And if it does, like Lincoln said, the best way to get rid of a bad law is enforce it aggressively. That is GROSS violation of the Second.
Sounds similar to the soviet union. Unfortunately it is hard to get the guns when you actually need them.
Didn't they lead the fight to break away from England and now the politicians want to MA become England all over again?
if you guys want a real laugh, go check out what Massachusetts' state motto is.
In other words.....we wont let you buy it, shoot it, or look at it unless we say it is OK...........fuck them with a rusty rail road spike!!
Nice....outta of the state that had the Boston Tea Party.....WTF Mass???
This asshole files this same bill every fucking year and it goes nowhere much like that cunt Finestien's bill. Not worried but watching anyway.

I didn't see a thing about assault rifles.
They are NFA items anyway and probably already verboten in MA. |
Translation: By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty

How did the state that was once the bastion of liberty become so full of fuckwittery?
If it passes, I'm foing.
Probably foing to Kentucky; maybe foing to NC. |

Quoted:
That completely defeats the point. This. It violates the 2A because it denies people the right to KEEP arms. |

There is only one answer to this ongoing assault on the 2nd Amendment.

My Northern brothers are a bunch of pussies. Where is the outcry, where are the angry men, where are the lovers of liberty?
Answer: nowhere. They are conditioned, brainwashed and emasculated. Our nation is truly doomed if our northern brothers allow the bully to control the only practical means of defense agains tyranny. Stand up for your rights, right now! Or live forever under the boot of the now, and future liberal-communist-statist-elected official. I wish you the best, history is not on your side. Enjoy the coming tyranny of the majority. |

I'm with you, I've been down to eastern Tennessee and western NC poking around, this shit and the proposed tax hikes and I'm really looking to bolt myself. Nothing here is ever going to change, its only going to get worse. Kentucky just entered my radar screen, I'm an avid motorcyclist dirt and street so these locations interest me. |

I like how they are going to use some of the new tax for police training ...and have the local police chief evaluating all aspects of the permit request.
I take it the police have a lot of sway in MA? |

That's what it was like in Australia when I lived there.
Weapons were kept at the club armory and weren't allowed to leave the property. |
much like NY, the tards on Beacon Hill and in eastern MA are the ones creating problems for us in western MA. we are forgotten out here. in regards to everything. Big Dig, mostly paid for by western MA. the proposed mileage tax, only affects us out here.
i work in VT. and spend the bulk of my money in NH and VT. if someone wants to buy my house, and relocate my kids, i would be more than willing to move. |

Mass doesn't allowed sawed off shotguns, however, interpretation has allowed factory SBS. |

Our local police chiefs issues your FID/CCW and the restrictions on it, some towns/cities are great others not so much, my town has a very conservative chief and if you pass the background check you're issued a large capacity no restriction CCW by default other towns and cities such as Boston you have to be a beautiful person or know someone. |

Quoted: Didn't they lead the fight to break away from England and now the politicians want to MA become England all over again? Umm, even in England the police and politicians agreed with us that storing everything at the club was a very bad idea. Some numpties still suggested it of course, along with the idea that all the neighbours of a firearms owner should be warned that they live near a dangerous madman! They have a right to know, after all - though none of them could ever quite explain what they would do with the knowledge... |

I'm thinking that Maine needs to get NH and VT to help build a wall along the VT/NH borders to keep the stupid in MA and NY.
And people used to laugh when they heard "The south will rise again".. It's not going to Rise.. it's whats going to be left after the north falls
If they/we go down that road overnight 100+ thousand new criminals
then we won't have to worry about PRE BAN anything because if you are going to be a criminal anyways might as well go big We where the center of the revolution in the beginning and might be the center again |
