Bah! Bed the walnut if you want "Accurate"!

Seriously...it shouldn't be hard to find a good surplus walnut/wood Garand stock to accurize. Hell, there's barrels of 'em at the local shows...used to be people around here would use them for firewood until a decade or so ago, when someone finally figured out they were worth more than they had paid for 'em...

Mcmillen might have something, they are pretty much the end all and be all of synthetic stock technology. They make dam good synthetic stocks for M1a's. Might be worth a try.
They will be kind of pricey though.

A mcmillen stock would be permissible on a garand IMO.

Anything less and thou wilt have committed grievous sin against the gun gods.
As opposed to a tiny white sin.

edited to add

This Blasphemer is surely possessed by demons and must be purified by fire.

How about a ram-line stock with a pistol grip JK

Verily, I say unto you that a synthetic stock on a Garand is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord.

His name says it all.

Synthetic Garand?!

But do you really want to get laughed off of the range????

Trust me NO One laughs me of the range, ask any one who knows me.

Bell and Carlson makes one, but it must be bedded to fit properly and being flat black it's gonna get hot.

Your better option for accuracy is going to be a laminated Boyds stock bedded to the receiver. Bedded laminates are not nearly the heresy of pure synthetics.

Tanks Rifle Shop and a few others may still have match grade synthetic stocks for M1's, but to the best of my knowledge, no one is still making them. McMillan stopped making match grade M1 stocks more than 5 years ago at least, probably more like ten. There may be some old Bishops floating around at Clint Fowler's shop.

Bed the walnut stock, then paint it flat black with a texture paint, then paint all the steel with "chrome " paint to complete the bling look.
If that don't get 'em laughing at the range, nothing will.

That's OK, both the Army AND the Navy did this to many during the transition to the M-14 era.

Baloney!

I once owned a sailboat made out of clear vertical grain fiberglass, hewn from Northern fiberglass trees.
