This rifle would be almost legal. Here in the Peoples' Republik of Kali-fornia(aka PRK), you would have to remove the flash hider and substitute a muzzle brake, and of course if you don't already have 20 rounds magaznes, you need to buy 10 round magazines.

This Rifle is legal,5rd mag,no pistol grip,no bayo lug,no brake,sad.....can still own one so i'm happy but 4 k,f@#$%%k   that
