The local radio station here seems to think it's John Henry who made Schilling back down, or possibly MLB. If you know Schilling and heard his statement, it wasn't him who wrote it. Someone stomped him out.

Why is a ball player's opinion any more valid than an actor's ?

I think all of them (actors, musicians, sports celebrtities) etc. should shut the fuck up and sit down.



I DO understand the logic that since the dems have so many of these assholes on their side, it would be nice to balance it out a little. Where are all the Nascar drivers and country music singers??

How much endorsement is he losing? Probably not as much as the taxes he'll be paying if Kerry is elected.
