Preferably in the PA  (Clarion) area.

On a limited budget, and am trying to replace the bad carpet in a project car (yes, I know that pre-cut & molded stuff is better, but I'm not looking to spend $250+ right now).

I just need a few yards of heavy weight material and some padding to put under it.  I have found suppliers with 5 and 10 yd rolls (but don't really need that much), and shipping is prohibitive on that much carpet.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Try your local automotive upholstery shop, look them up thru the yellow pages and call them and tell them that you need x number of yards of whatever.

My local upholstery shop is limted to one place that only does household stuff and is 30 miles away...

AFARR: Oh, the price for living in the boonies. I guess if you had to reupholster your auto, you would have to drive to Phila?

I guess you're SOL.

Pittsburgh is closer...

I may wind up making a drive, but there is always the possibility that someone on here has a good line on something cheap..
