Thread is not going as OP intended.
 Replace the non-FF rails with a rifle length FF rail. Even better if it is accompanied with a better stock and BUIS.

I believe you may have sorted a bit of a mystery for me. After the Naval Yard shootings, I saw a couple of coperators in the footage that had stocks I couldn't ID. I think one of them was the same as your rifle has and the other was some other RRA-only stock. Thanks, OP! BTW, it's the "RRA Delta CAR Stock":
For the longest time, I thought the other one must've been a Guntec Predator -- which I thought was a bit odd on a LE rifle. However, I think it was a "RRA Operator CAR Stock":
