Here's another perspective on where support lies in your area. Just enter your zip code.

I know of a car dealership where I damn sure will not be buying a new car.

That's funny. I found a dealership I would buy from...

hmm pretty typical , the attorneys, teachers, artists and consultants are forking it out for the dems.

Business owners, founders and CEO's are shelling out for conservatives.

no news here move on.....

Ha, in my zip code ONE guy donated to Kerry. I love it. 65616.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:16:50 AM EST
More bush people than kerry in my zip.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:25:04 AM EST
In Seattle about 50/50...... there is a surprise in WA state.....

In my Ohio hometwon, 10 Bushs, 2 Kerrys 10...2 ...10....2

Last line a guy I went to high school with, still living at home with Mommy, $100 to Al Sharpton.....

Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:26:11 AM EST
My rich, christian, conservative uncle in Seattle sent money to Howard Dean?!?!!

DAMN!
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:26:15 AM EST
12 of the 14 people that donated in my town donated to GWB or the RNC. Those 12 people are either business owners or are members of corporate management.

I have now idea who the two are that donated to the DNC.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:31:29 AM EST
Dome dumb ass realtors just got put on my x-list for donating money to Al Freakin Sharpton.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:34:24 AM EST
My Zip?

Roughly $7,300 to GWB or the RNC, exactly $1,625 to Kerry or the DNC, exactly $150 to Howard Dean -

and this is Florida!

Link Posted: 10/9/2004 11:46:16 AM EST
This is quite revealing. Patrick Salvi is an Ambulance chasing trial lawyer in my hometown of Waukegan, IL.

Enter Zip 60085 and look at how he donated!

$30,000 to the DNC!

$2,000 (max allowed) to each Dick Gephart, John Kerry, John Edwards.

Oh, by the way, his wife (who does not have a source of income) also managed to find $2,000 to send to John Kerry. Leave it to a scumbag lawyer to find a loophole around the spirit of a law.

These are the people who have led this country to the liability conscious, overpriced medicines and health care HELL we are in now.

It is no surprise to me that John Edwards was also a personal injury attorney.

If anyone expects tort reform under Kerry, they are deceiving themselves greatly.

For those who like to spend money with those who support Pres. Bush, the CEO of O'Reilly Auto Parts - who lives at 65801 - maxed out his contribution to GWB. I must also note he didn't try to cheat the system by having his wife contribute as well.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 12:01:21 PM EST
Lets see all the Dems that gave 2000 were ATTORNEYS. All the Republicans who gave 2000 were private buissness owners or individuals. When you got ddown to 25-1000 almost all Republican.Almost no dems gave a smaller amount.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 12:07:20 PM EST
Bout 50/50 here.......
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 12:12:55 PM EST
hmmm... The biggest DNC contribution in my area was from a FUNERAL HOME. I wonder if their is a connection with being brain dead, and being dead....
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 12:18:33 PM EST
That's nice info. to have! People have to sort of lay their cards on the table.
Link Posted: 10/9/2004 12:19:26 PM EST

Wow! That was an eye opener. El Paso is a Demo stronghold, but contributions for the President far outrun those for Kerry. A lot of school teachers and lawyers in the Demo column (surprise).
