Your floorboards and baseboards are what will get the worst I fear.

How much residual damage does art shot cause to background objects?

Just to see if he'd shoot the computer. [;)] Don't shoot him. Just put out traps. Make sure they are next to the walls as mice travel along them. Put them near the garbage of other food sources. Good luck.

LOL...going to shoot the mouse in your own house. Might as well do it all the way and just get a 12 guage or ar15 with a 30 round magazine.

Need any fire support?

Man, get out the 12ga and do it right. 22 just ain't gonna cut it against today's new improved vermin.

That was most likely just a sacrificial decoy. Lay down and put your ear to the floor. If there's a multi-prong attack to follow, as I suspect there is, you'll be able to hear it coming in plenty of time to get your face up where they can't tear your eyeballs out of their sockets and feed them to their young. Or maybe not. cynic

All mice go to heaven.

Mice are evil. We have them inside the walls (where the four cats cannot get them). Little bastards crawl around in the walls of our bedroom. I am considering drilling a hole in the wall and pumping in a shitload of Raid. [x]

If you are as good with a blowgun as David, go for it. Do you get a good pattern with the .22? You may want to upgrade and try a .38 CCI shot shell from about 5 feet. I've seen it work. Don't forget to eat what you kill. [:)]

OBviously you need to win them over with a "hearts and minds" program. Failing that, napalm or miniature land mines might help.

Whatever you do, don't fire into a corner after the thing, it'll come right back at your head! I - um, READ about that somewhere...
