KQRS radio from Minneapolis/St. Pal did the same thing this morning.
I was downloading the beheading video at the time, now I don't think
I need to see the video.

I'm amazed. The video needs to be shown to a large segment of American society --Clockwork Orange-style, if that's the only way to get them to watch.

Not that I expect it to change minds in any great degree. If 3000 killed on 09.11.01 didn't cause a seismic shift, one man certainly won't.

9/11 didn't have a big impact because very few people saw the bodies. All 99% of the country saw was a big pile of concrete. The bodies were just a number.

YES i have been to NYC and i toured ground zero about 4 months after the attack. I also had freinds that helped rebuild the damage to the pentagon. I stand by the comment that 90+% of the rest of the country never saw a body from the 9/11 attack.

The station is 101.1 fm out of bham. you should be able to hear them in huntsville.

They should show the video as well as some other videos of 9-11 if for only one thing to show the face of this monster we are dealing with. Although we all know here, not every single muslim condones these actions, but how can we win a war with out making them out to be the monsters that the majority of them are? We did it in every war up through WWII. We need to start doing it again and do away with this PC crap. But there are limits to how far I will go. Finding that line is dificult though.

On the local news here, people were CRYING and actually saying (get this) "Now that FRIENDS are gone I dont know what Im going to do on my Thursday nights!!!"

but when it came to Nick Berg, all you hear is "Wow, thats messed up"

People have their priorities all screwed up

I just saw the video and it was extreamly graphic and gory, it was much worse than a horror movie, especially hearing his screams as they were cutting off his head, it was the most brutal and humiliating
thing Ive ever seen

With the exception of those who post here on this forum most of America has gone brain dead. It's really sad to say it but it's the truth. So long as they've got their beer and football their worst problem will be $3.00 a gallon gas, it's really sad because so many other important things are going on here in our country. Things that will drastically effect our freedom and life style. It's time to wake the hell up and smell what's cooking.
