Night Night

Been going on 4hours or so a night for the last week, while being at ranges almost everyday from 6am to 5pm in 100* heat and 90% humidity.  Then running 3-4mis 3 nights there for PT.

So tired....so very tired...

Stay up long enough and it will go far beyond visual hallucinations and seeing things move out of the corner of your eyes. The auditory hallucinations start out mild enough but if you hang in there, you can have full blown conversations where people who aren't there talk back to you.

Ah, the many implications of extended sleep deprivation!

Why didn't anybody tell me this stuff when I was younger?  Think of all the money I could've saved.
