Past or present.  I will start:

My Cayman S.

3.4 flat 6 making about 295HP.  4 valves per cylinder with VVT and sequentail EFI.

Getting exhaust and plenum upgrade along with computer flash tomorrow.

6 speed manual.

Michelin Pilot Super Sports, of course.

Cayman S and Anniversary Edition RX7 Turbo II

The RX7 is a 1.3 liter rotary with a turbo with 5 speed manual and Bridgestone Potentzas.  These pics are at a couple of turns at Roebling Road near Savannah.

My 1988 Mazda 929:
3.0 liter 3 valve V6, 5 speed manual.  Bridgestone Potenzas.

And from my long distant past, me and my 1954 Packard Hearse.  3 on the tree with a manual OD.  400 cubic inch straight 8 flathead.  Damn tank.

Picture taken with a Polaroid about 1967 in Clarkston, GA.

No, I didn't paint the critters on it, the old guy I bought it from had done that and I was just a poor kid back then and could not afford to repaint it.

Really?

There's already a thread tacked to the top for trucks.

Why not ask for a tacked thread for cars.

What thread for trucks?

If you mean the one for 4x4s and ATVs, my trucks aren't 4x4 nor are those belonging to many members.

I heart my car.
Through it I've met a lot of new car people, have had fun at the drags and AutoX events and also enjoyed turning wrenches/upgrading/tuning it.

At almost 500wtq it is a weapon out on the street.

Not at all in the same league as most of the cars in this thread, but I will represent the Swedish iron.
1997 Volvo 944 2.3 Turbo.

G-Force II electronic boost controller (80% duty cycle gave me about 1 bar of boost).

M90 gearbox - 5spd manual (Stock).

850R clutch and pressure plate (from the turbo 5cyl cars) to replace the 'sploded stock one.

TTV Racing single mass flywheel (weighs 12lbs5oz versus the stock DMF which weighed approx 34lbs)

Unfortunately I'm a shitty driver and this is how it looks right now:

Yes, still sitting in the garage. Too cold to go out there and take another picture, though.

Used to belong to my dad, he gave it to me when he had a stroke and could no longer drive stick.

Not actually mine, but when I took my Cayman in for the upgrades I mentioned in the first post, they handed me the keys to this and said "see ya in a day or 2".

It got dive bombed in Brunswick while I was having lunch with co-workers.

Absolutely! 97k original miles on the odometer. Uses a little oil, and the steering is sloppy enough that I don't take it above 50 or so, but she does run well.

Only 97k?  Man, I bet if you found the right collectors, you could get a pretty penny for it.

Thanks!  I loved that car.  On the way to work one morning in the rain I hydroplaned and hit a tree just behind the driver's door.  Being a poor teenager I could only afford a really cheap body shop and it never looked right afterwards even though my dad and I painted it.  Here's me (rockin' the '80s jorts!) with it before I got the Power Bulge hood.

Nice Corvair!  My dad was a Corvair collector, with a '66 Corsa being his first that he bought brand new and never sold.  He passed away a few years ago and unfortunately even his nicer cars were rotting away from neglect.  Anyway, when I was 15 he bought a basket case '63 Spyder convertible that we were going to restore but I was impatient so we ended up buying the Satellite I posted above later on.  The basket case was never restored.  Here I am with it (that's his '65 convertible in the garage):

I always had a hard on for the Mark VIII.   Great blend of comfort,  handling,  and speed.   Like the Pontiac G8, it died too soon.
