Irons are what I have on my muzzle loader.  Darn but they're hard to see with my older eyes.     Took it out today and tried to sight in on a clay pigeon.  Couldn't see the front sight.  Had to put the smoke pole down, grab the reading glasses just so I can see them.    Mine is similar to the top one:

This was a slick handling little beater/trunk gun.  Funny how nice and light they are without all the other stuff on them.






It has since had an old KAC rail/vert grip, Surefire M951, sling, and club foot Vltor stock added but still sports the chopped carry handle irons.  At least until I get an Aimpoint PRO for it...
