Dunno - looks like a bike that 99% of the world's motorcycling population rides every day...

Not sure why anyone would go through the trouble of shipping it back to the US where they effectively couldn't use it!  Seems fishy...

That just tells me the owner was using the bike on the road, and simply took plates off another vehicle to make it look legit.
