I’ve been meaning to do this for some time now but wanted to wait till I received my carbine, however its still not here yet so I guess I’ll just move on.

The names Dustin, I’m a 21-year-old college student working on getting a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, although it will take a while to get that.  I enjoy camping, fishing and the like.  USS Sulaco was the name of the transport used in Aliens, one of my favorite movies.  I was going to take a picture of my self and post it here, but deseeded to take pictures of the stuff that dose matter, the Family [;)] – plus gave a little family history.  If anyone wants I’ll post a picture of my 98 eclipse, nothing really that special about it other than it’s mine and I love that car [:)].  The pistol thumbnails are clickable, each is linked to a 800x600 or 640x480 picture.

I’ve had a lot of fun on this board over the last few months and just wanted to say thanks for all the useful info.  The members here at AR15.com have been a real helpful and a great bunch of people.

So let me introduce you to…
This is the one that started it all, Blue.  Blue was my first firearm, one that my father helped me buy because at the time I was 20 and not legally old enough to buy a handgun yet.  She’s a CZ75B Glossy Blue; in this picture you’ll see here posing with my 15 round magazine.  This was one gun I though I would never part with, until I learned that after I sent it in for repair at CZ-USA they replaced it and destroyed hear.

Blue II.  Even though I had mixed feelings about receiving a new pistol in instead of my first pistol, Blue II turned out to be a better pistol.  I don’t intend to part with this one, and it looks to me that it will need to be refinished sometime in the future – the Glossy Blue finish doesn’t hold up well.  But other than that it’s very accurate and fun to shoot.

The 85.  This was more of a collector’s peace for me.  I really wanted to buy a pre-B model CZ75 but ran into the problem CA law prohibited me from buying one out of state.  I missed my chance of buying a CZ75 NIB in Texas because I could not have it shipped here [:(].  After that disappointment I started looking for a pre-b CZ in CA.  I found this 85, beautiful weapon looked NIB practically and was a good $150 less than a 85B – so I bought it and couldn’t be happier, and now I don’t regret about not getting the NIB 75.

My AR15.  Its not really an AR15, but I like to think that it was at times [;)].  I don’t have any pictures of other than the mockup and the parts kit, so I’ll post there pictures instead.  The mockup is built to true scale and incorporates all the features that the carbine will be assembled with.  To make a long story short, I had problems with my parts kit not being in spec so it didn’t come together correctly and should be coming back sometime this week.

Pall,
Carrots – good for you
Glock 30 – I would like to get a Glock, but not that glock and I would like to get a shotgun first…
Gyrojet – weird looking gun

Lumpy223,
I’m an oppressed Californian with a few guns and like video games.  I’d rate myself about with a B+ when it comes to first person shooters, I’m not the best but I’m defiantly a challenge.

I like computers, and I own almost one of every kind of computers imaginable.  Amigas<2000,1200,4000>, PCs<8 in all>, Macs, SGIs and the classics such as Commodore 64 and an Atari… something.

I like 3D animation and modeling, although it’s been years since I’ve last done any of that.  I enjoy programming, but for the life of me I can not figure out what projects I have done over the last few years

Well that’s me in a nutshell
