Excellent work boys!

I spent the weekend at the lake taking the docks and boat lifts out of the water, so only did a couple sets both saturday and sunday.

Gotta get back on track.

163,300 YTD.

Got caught up in some madness at work today that killed my workouts plans. I just got in the minimum of 3 miles and 700 push ups.  Not enough but better than a day off.

Friday, 3 miles, 700 hundred push ups and a solid hour of lifting.  Not bad for a work day.

I'm gonna hit 160K tomorrow, that leaves me an average of 563 per day to hit 200K. The end is in sight for us, 2 months of grinding it out to go, should be a piece of cake.

Wednesday's workout went well.

My incline bench has improved and instead of starting at 95 lbs, I began with 135 and did a 5x5 every 10lbs to 175.

I also managed 5 sets of hammer curls with 50lb dumbbells, 10 reps per arm per set.

Got in my 700 reps today along w/ 5 miles in the vest with squats and sprints.  Also got in a solid weight session after dinner.

I'm just over 165K reps YTD, an easy 550 a day will get me to the 200K goal.  I'm thinking I'll keep on banging out 700 a day for the next 6 weeks and then cruise into the holidays with the goal achieved.  Well, at least that's the plan.

"Warmed" up with a sled today.

Our floor is about 80' long but I ran the sled completely over the goal line twice at warmup.

I imagine it is about 6' long so actual distance traveled was 72' or so.

Twice down and twice back.

Kettlebell exercises followed.

Swinging the 25lb KB, releasing in mid air and catching with the opposite hand.

20 reps first set.  0:36.  2014.
20 reps second set.  0:35.  2017.
20 reps third set.  0:34.  2020.
20 reps 4th set.  0:34.  2023.
20 reps 5th set.  0:34.  2026.

I've hit the incline bench twice this week without updates.

Monday the 6th had me pushing the sled 840 feet, and doing a 5x5 on the bench with 135, 145, 165, 175, and 185.

I proceeded to go over to my gym's 2nd location in town and do a 5x7 workout that evening.  135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, and 190.

No sled there as it is a smaller footprint, but I plan on adding 1/2 a "field" length to my warmups each week.
