Why do so many politicans study law before they pursue a public career?
I was just curious...

In order to become proficient or well-versed in :

*Lying
*Greed
*Stealing
*Back Stabbing
*Fabricating nonsense
*Creating evidence
*Theatrical arts

I figure a law degree is the quickest way to nail all of those and be prepped for politics [:D]

(side note...my apologies to the handful of decent lawyers that stumble upon this. It was posted as tongue-in-cheek)

it seems that politicians in this state are 1/3 businessmen, 1/3 "educators," and 1/3 lawyers.  The first two are in it to protect their constituents (viz., themselves).  The lawyers are just whores.
