I'm supposed to start mids tomorrow, after closing for the past 5 years at my company and I can't sleep.  So, I decided to try baking us some cinnamon toasted tortilla slices.

Here's the prep phase.

Ingredients:

* White, granulated sugar
* Brown sugar
* Cinnamon
* Melted butter (I used salted butter)
* Four flour tortillas cut unto wedge-shapes

I don't really measure when I cook, so I can't tell you the portions.  Mix how you like and taste to find which mixture you like best.

I melted the butter in a skillet on low and then brushed the butter onto the tortilla slices and then covered the tortillas with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.  Baked on 350 until brown.

Finished product.  I actually had a third and final batch in the oven.  They came out sooo good.

Before proceeding into the living room.

Handgun is a S&W 638 with 2 extra speedloaders.  Knife is Revere ware.  Something we inherited.  No alcohol since I have to be up early in the morning.
