The bookend sunsets are very nice.  The other pics are well composed, but they show the weakness of a P&S...you really needed to step down the aperture and increase the exposure, to get more depth of field, but I doubt you can do that on most point and shoots.

I like the shot of the trees. It reminds me of the painting... I can't remember who did it... of an Indian on his horse, semi-camouflaged amongst the same sort of tree, with snow on the ground.
