Halle Berry is choosing a lover from 625 volunteers. She orders them to form a 25 x 25 square. She orders the guy with the longest pee pee in each row to step aside and chooses the shortest of the 25. (Call this one Lover A).

Then she changes her mind and has them go back to their places. She orders the guy with the shortest pee pee in each column to step aside and chooses the longest of these 25. (Call this one Lover B).

The two lovers chosen by the two methods are different.

Which one has the longest pee pee/?

A. the shortest out of a group of the longest will be longer than the longest out of the group of the shortest.

Halle Berry is nasty though .

The answer depends on the reduceability of the matrix.

Lemme copy this from my other post....


Right, lets set up some sitations.

A and B can not be the same person, so we don't need to worry about that.

1. A is in the same row as B:
If A is in the same row as B, then A is the longest person in the row, and thus is longer than B.

2. A is in the same column as B:
If both A and B are in the same column then B is the shortest person in that column and thus is shorter than A.

3. A and B are in different columns/rows:
Imagine a third person, person "C", who is in the same row as A and the same column as B. C must be shorter than A, since A is the longest person in the row. C must be taller than B, since B is the shortest person in the column. From this A > C > B, or A > B

So....... A is longest.

Lover A has the longest pee pee. She had all 25 of the longest, and chose the shortest of those 25.
Lover B has the shortest compared to Lover A, since he was part of the 25 shortest...
