Well, routine traffic stops are out. "Am I being detained ??" Comes to mind and of course basement dwellers are exempt.

Trolling Comicon in a Buzz Lightyear outfit will catch a few, Meh, not really worth the effort

Kidnapping Opie the Possum might catch a few but Opie is a pain in the ass to keep around and quite demanding, so nope.

I could tie a string around some hot pockets, lay out a path past the basement door, around the Homer bucket, and slowly pull the hot pocket past the door and see if they take the bait. Naw.

Put together a shooting competition, make them drink a bunch of Cola cheap beer, run around doing really physically asserting type of exercises, more cheap beer, lots of running, more cheap beer, throwing up, more cheap beer, and shooting and throwing up.

We will call it Operation "Coors - Warrior"

We can move in when they have no more beer, they are drunk, and have run out of ammo. Create joinder, take their gear and guns.
