Can you help by giving me some links to LEO ammo dealers with good prices.  Budget got cut again and we need to look for cheaper distributors.

Gil Hebard at Knoxville, IL. is a Federal Distributor for LE.

Conevera's at Rockford or Rock Island, IL is a Winchester LE Distributor.

Do you have access to State Bid Pricing whereby local govt. agencies can buy the same thing at the State Bid Price.

If you're a Cop get your agency to buy your ammuniton from who ever wins the state bid competion on ammuniton for your state. Here in my state, Federal has the state bid contract and the ammo is much cheaper than what you can buy it for from a gun shop...
