What think you Kalifornia Res? No endorsment, sounds like Arnold had no liscence to drive a scooter and T-Boned a car. He has gone on rides with the CHIPS as escort and no one ever decided to check his liscense. Does that mean anyone can ride cycle in your state with no liscese which means he has no liability insurance to cover accident or costs to the victim.
And the responsile person cannot legally own a sporting rifle. Go figgure

Its legal to ride when you have the sidecar attached, but he rode for years illegally before this with no class M license and no sidecar.

WTF lol . Arnold crashing a sidecar scooter

"I knew if I turned left, the Republicans would get mad," he said to laughs, "and if I turned right, my wife would get mad. So I just crashed ... it was the safer thing to do."

I'm not sure I buy that either. No endorsement needed in Cali with a sidecar? I only lived there a year ago, had my endorsement, and never once heard this.

ETA1: I'm 99% sure now. You still need the endorsement.
ETA2: Well, maybe not. Heh.
ETA3: No, I'm right for sure this time.

I rode for years without a motorcycle endorsment, finally got it then sold the bike right after. The thrill just wasn't there since I wasn't an outlaw biker anymore

Class C —You may operate a motorcycle with a sidecar attached or a three-wheel motorcycle.

I just like it that he's apparently above the peons and doesn't have to take the piddly little 20 question test.  Well, that's a movie star for you.

Your reading comprehension SUCKS.

400. (a) A "motorcycle" is any motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider, designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, and weighing less than 1,500 pounds.
    (b) A motor vehicle that has four wheels in contact with the ground, two of which are a functional part of a sidecar, is a motorcycle if the vehicle otherwise comes within the definition of subdivision (a).

Try again?

From what I understand years ago, it was legal to ride a motorcyle with a automobile driver's license, but I think the law was later amended that requires a motorcyclist to get a new license.
