Kerry plans pre-election hunting trip

John Kerry is planning a hunting trip tomorrow -- part of an effort to remind voters he's a regular guy.
Kerry's political opponents try to portray him as a "left bank" liberal, but Kerry bought the required licenses, took a shotgun from supporters, and plans on geese hunting near Youngstown, Ohio.

Union members distributed flyers showing Kerry aiming a shotgun, claiming that he won't take guns away because he "likes his own gun too much."

But the National Rifle Association is running a full-page ad in newspapers, saying the Senator is "daffy" if he thinks the Second Amendment is about "photo ops."
