If it doesn't work in the normal cycle do the following.
Unplug unit and drop the control panel forward so you can see everything from the front.
There are probably 2 hidden screws behind a snap-on trim on the end caps.
This should be hidden in there.

Check for continuity on the fabric temp switch.
Set on High contacts 3 to 5 are closed 2 to 4 and 1 to 4 are open.
If everything is open replace the switch.
If that checks ok make sure it's safe to plug in to check the heat relay.
Carefully check for 48v dc to the heat relay coil in the normal cycle to see if the board is calling for heat.
The coil wires are Red/White.
No 48v dc means a bad board.
