I have one that takes Glock mags so you can use the 30 rounders. It is very fun to shoot. I got mine WAY back when they first came out, maybe 12 years ago. I love to shoot it and so do younger shooters, it is a great size for a jr shooter.

i have the g17 model in 9mm , love it , very accurate and runs very well . Never had a problem with it , eats all ammo i have tried about 10 different types though it does like heavy bullets . worked well with wolf steel case stuff too.

375 is a good deal exspecially if you already have a Glock .40 if not the mags are still cheap enough to stock up on. I haven't seen one go for less than 600 in along time

I have one. 9mm glock 17. Very cheaply made..  Had to send it back for repair. Now it shoot perfect. Very accurate. I would NEVER trust my life with it but it is a VERY fun gun to shoot. Get the 9mm for the 40 seems to large of a cal for its design.

Buy it already

Go for it! I am sure it has already mentioned but it can also use the factory 22 rd glock 22 mags.

I have one that takes beretta mags in 9mm with 500 lead reloads down the pipe and zero issues. What issues did you have with yours?

I've got the 9mm/glock model.  Expect to replace the front sight at some point for certain.  If it has any other problems send it to Kel Tec right away.

OP probably came home to post about gun he found in the store.

He went back after everyone told him it was a steal and to buy.  Gun was probably sold by the time he got there.

Probably.  Every time I bring mine to the range people around me get a lot more excited about it than I do.

It's a bare minimum self defense weapon at best, and only if you've put enough rounds through it to know you've got a good one.

I like them, but will take my su16c instead if I need to pack light.

I've shot the 9mm Glock mag version and thought it was pretty fun. Ran like a top. I wouldn't own one though just out of personal gun preference.

If you're thinking about it, get it.  I like the .40 round

If it takes glock mags buy it

There was a loooong period of time where people were paying double that.

The bolt is huge and it's a messy gun (requires a good amount of cleaning)  but either way I have one and love it (mines in 9mm)

Maybe it's just me but I was shooting pretty decent groups straight out of the box.

And for the record I'm far from a good shot.

It's accurate enough- but mine had a loose barrel nut from the factory and it still has an FTE every 200 rounds max resulting in a double feed every time it happens.  As mentioned they get real dirty real fast and like mentioned the factory front sight is fragile.

i.e. it's nothing compared to a good AR with an optic- I'd probably take it over a pistol but I'd have to think about it.

I bought one on a lark as a "toy".  I was absolutely delighted by it's accuracy and reliability.  I literally giggle every time I shoot it.  Best $280 I ever spent.  You will NOT regret it.

ETA: first 500 or so rounds it is real hard on brass.  You just have to break it in.

Was going to post this.  If he hasn't gotten it yet, it's gone.  They don't last long, especially at that price.
