What do you think about keeping a norinco 56S in an original configuration vs going with a plastic stock set with rails, lights, grips, etc.....

The throwback look is not the prettiest thing eve, but does have that vintage appeal.

The "throwback" look I'm aiming at would be this one:

while the modern look would be kinda like this:
