John Heinz Kerry could look at this poll and still say "The people have spoken and believe the Assult Weapons Ban worked and overwhelmingly support the continuance of the Assult Weapons Ban".

Done. Pretty overwhelming results for our side so far. It must not be circulating around the freaky deaky liberal sites yet.

Good question. Anyone up on her stance on guns?

She is seriously anti gun. A true threat to the 2ND amendment. Can this poll be put up on the other forums to make sure it gets seen by as many as possible?

Done and I hope she chokes on the results! She is no friend of the members of this website! Good job Cans....

"Do you think/believe/feel..."

Stated questions typically emphasize beliefs, opinions, & feelings. So much for knowledge, facts, & supporting evidence.

BTW - If the the results hold, then guaranteed this thing'll get buried in the 'ol round-file cabinet, never to be spoken of or acknowledged.

This forum is for Discussion of ARs, including variants of the AR15, AR10, AR18/180, and so on.

It is NOT the forum for Political discussion (which includes possible bans or repeals, CCW legislation, the AW ban, gun company lawsuits, and so forth), relationship advice, movie reviews, or anything not *specifically* related to ARs. Take those discussions to the Politics or General Discussion forums on the General page.

I am kinda annoyed to see question #2.... Do you believe that the Assault Weapons Ban helped to reduce crimes committed with firearms?

What does it matter what someone thinks or beleives.... IT DIDN'T! The numbers are out there, there was no change in crimes using "aw's" or other firearms.

I hate how they always ask people do you think it did? And all the liberals say yes yes yes... of course, and explain how in thier twisted little logic it would make sense that it reduces crime, meanwhile the numbers are right there, and it didnt.

UGH!!

Hit!!!!

If I'm not mistaken, this is the same Susan Davis who, while visiting JPL for a dog-and-pony show to show off the Mars Rover, looked at the technician who was demonstrating how he sends commands to control the rover and said, "Can you drive it over to where the astronauts landed?"

I could be wrong, but I think this is the same Congresswoman Davis...
