WEST REVEALS RACIAL LINES IN SLANG USE

Hip-hop star KANYE WEST is advising his white counterparts that they can only use certain slang terms when they're out of style for black people.

The JESUS WALKS rapper - who recently charged that US President GEORGE W BUSH "doesn't care" about African Americans - believes that certain slang words should only be able to cross racial barriers when they're no longer in style for black people.

He says, "I think white people are allowed to say 'bling'. They are allowed to say old-school black slang, like 'hottie' and 'homie'.

"Actually, I do not think that (white people) are allowed to use slang until it is at least a year old. If you say a slang word too early, it's like you're trying to be black. So as long as the slang is a little played out, you're all good."

For me, watching this fucknozzle is on precisely the same emotional level as rubbernecking at an extremely gruesome car wreck. It's distasteful to watch, but I just can't help myself.

Fortunately for us, his 15 minutes are just about up. Mark my words, in a couple of years there will be a page 17 blurb in the local rag about a former rapper that nobody remembers being picked up for shoplifting, or one of those "where are they now" stories in VH1. He'll lose his 'crib' in a foreclosure once the money is finally pissed away. It will all be someone elses fault though for keeping him down.

The best part about these guys is that most of them eventually destroy themselves-outside intervention is rarely necessary.

As an ER doc I've seen, touched, poked, stuck, and smelled just about everything I can think of. The presence or absence of a few melanocyte cells doesn't make as much difference as a few strongly held cultural assumptions.

I think having a mission centered approach helps a lot.

I think hobbies help, too.
