Those rifles look sloppy as fuck due to them leaving the holes from the unconverted Saiga trigger group ("rivets" that are right above the grip).
Mine still has them, but I did a basic conversion myself, on a workbench.

Basically, an importer of Saiga rifles licensed the Kalashnikov name and is now using it to sell their new old stock Saigas (since they can't get more) for insane prices. The entire thing is just a gimmick to build up hype to move their old inventory at high prices. It's just a bunch of half ass Saiga conversions. They have no affiliation with the Russians, aren't even allowed to do business with them due to the sanctions. I thought Kalashnikov USA was actually RWC, so the CAA thing is a little odd... but the same story applies. |
