Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Just watched IKE the movie...

So, my wife and I were walking through the BX today and I grabbed IKE on a whim.  What a GREAT movie.  I suggest it to any movie/WWII/history buff.  You will not be sorry you got it.

I watched most of it the other day on tv. It was a pretty good movie! I would definately watch it again.

Is that the one with Tom Selleck? Very good movie.

I once saw some footage of Ike talking to the paratroopers , the scene was re enacted in the movie, and some of those bad boys had Mohawks! Imagine that. Mohawks in the Army in 1944.
