Kindof fun ain't it?
 I have a golf course about 100 yards from me. The power went out a few weeks ago. After I checked around the apartment I grabbed a bottle of water and went for a walk on the course since the light pollution was all gone. Was very pretty. EDIT: You must have you're DSL up if you are posting this. |

Tried to talk the wife into getting rowdy, but the candelight/lanterns didn't do anything for her. |

my power went out for 13 hours a couple weeks ago. It was 90 deg. that night in jersey. When the power company finally cam eit took them about 45 min to fix the problem. Went out at 4pm and didn't come back on until 5:30 am the next day.

Dang, I spent 3 hours in a room with a guy and candles and it didn't do anything for me either  (Fixing electrical outlets so my fridge would work without having to run a 30ft power cord) |

When I was a kid, there were 4 boys, myself included, that were all born within a two week time period in 1962 on the same street. We always said that in 1961 there must have been a power outage.
