Hello, I have just purchased a Colt pre-ban rifle.  Being that it is pre-ban, does this mean i can put any length barrel, collapsable stock, flash suppressor or what?  I am just getting into the AR-15 world.  Any and all replies WILL be HELPFUL and GREATLY appreciated.....Thanks.....

You are still restricted to a 16" O.A.L. barrel. Anything shorter, you would need to get the NFA Tax Stamp for manufacturing an SBR.  You can have the flash hider and collapsable stock with no problems.
