Cool trucks, but check for rust in the wheelwells, along door bottoms and rocker panels. I saw one that the dealer taped over the rust holes in the wheelwells with duct tape and sprayed rubber undercoat over it to make it look uniform.
I still wish I had my '72 Blazer. |

If it isn't rusty and has a damn good drivetrain, and the interior is nice, as well as the paint and body it could be worth $8-10 grand, if it looks decent all around, but isn't really spectacular somewhere around $5000.
Around here you can pick up full size Blazers and Broncos rust free with decent original motors for around $1500. This applies to Augusta GA, these things tend to vary by region. Around here vehicels don't really rust much, so you don't get as much of a premium for being rust free, but trucks are very popular so you get a big bounce in vslue on that. |

Just got back from looking at it. They want $10K for it. It has a custom chopped rear end and a custom convertable top. The top is crappy since it doesn't seal very well. Everything else looks pretty nice, though there is a little rust on the door bottoms and it leaks a little from the transfer case. Oh well it was fun too look, but not worth it.

Good move, sounds like they are awful high. If there is rust on the doors where it is fairly easy and inwxpensive to fix, I would imagine that under the paint there is more bondo than steel.
