The 'deal' is two ten year sentences that will apparently run consecutively, meaning that the 21 year old would be 41 when released from federal prison.

Do the rules allow for hanging these bastards? If so let's get on with it, the rope must be kept warm if we are to teach traitors and terrorists we are serious about stopping terrorism.
