Two reasons why it'll never happen.
1. Jackson is no more qualified to head FEMA than I am to do brain surgery. Although, given the opportunity to lobotomize Jesse, I'd give it a shot. 2. There would be no one to blame when aid didn't come fast enough to suit the race-baiters who have no clue about the logistics involved. |

Not that I want to go to 'banned camp' but I am very tired of hearing Jesse refer to slave ship conditions in the same breath as conditions in NOLA.
