President Trump’s steady stream of attacks on CNN’s credibility has not hurt the news organization’s reputation in the minds of consumers, nor has it scared away any advertisers. That was the word from CNN president Jeff Zucker and top Turner execs Thursday at a state-of-the-company luncheon presentation in Manhattan.
Zucker said CNN conducted its largest-ever brand survey last month out of a desire to gauge whether Trump’s broadsides about CNN serving up “fake news” were having a lasting impact on prospective viewers. “There has been no diminution whatsoever in the CNN brand,” Zucker said. “It’s as strong as it’s ever been. It’s incredibly trusted and we see no impact whatsoever in all of those attacks on the CNN brand.” http://variety.com/2017/tv/news/cnn-jeff-zucker-trump-attacks-turner-1201990324/ |

He's right.
They screwed themselves over long before any Trump attacks. |

You have to take the Christmas lights down on your avatar breh

Technically, he's not wrong.
The stupid people who fail to think for themselves will still flock to CNN for their news as that's all they know. And if you look around, there's no shortage of stupid people. Plus sometimes its fun to tune in to watch that train wreck. |

He’s correct, CNN lies have hurt CNNs brand. View Quote Yea I agree. I remember seeing something that the trust in the media tanked during the election. That wasn't Trumps doing, that was the media going hardcore left and making fools of themselves. |

If it wasn't for airports and office buildings as background TVs im not sure CNN would have any viewers.

Well all the Hillary people knew CNN was biased towards her and helping her, so why would Trump calling them out change anything?

He's right. The people watching and reading CNN aren't going to stop because of Trump.
That said, Trump didn't discredit CNN. They did it to themselves. Trump merely points it out. |
Anybody know what Trump was referring to when he said, "Ask him (Jeff Zucker) how he got his job" ?

Well when you're already at the bottom, there's no where to go but up.

Doesn't surprise me from all the links that get posted and clicked on thousands of times here. Just copy and paste the article. Every click that the media gets just gives them more money,

Survey from a month ago? Guess he wants to ignore the downturn
That's funny, Zucker trying to divide 0.
Your brand sucks bud. |
No shit. That's because it's an echo chamber (not entirely dissimilar from Fox News) that serves people that need their confirmation bias served up heavy and consistently.
In fact, they more Trump bashes them the more lefties will probably tune in because if Trump hates them and they hate Trump, well that's GOTTA be the DU of TV right? |
Hard to diminish something that wasn't worth a shit to begin with.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA!!!!!! So the CEO of CNN says the brand is strong and to back it up he cites a FUCKING POLL LOLOLOLOLOLOLO
Lie enough and it becomes the truth! At least in the liar's mind! CNN doesn't even know what fake means anymore
They've changed from the Clinton News Network to the Counterfeit News Network, so it's a wash. Their brand was shit before, and it's shit now.
