I have a small tear in my soft-top, about 1/4" long. It's a black, fabric soft-top. What's the best way to seal that hole?

The trick is to be proactive, not reactive. Try to avoid shopping carts at China Mart

There is a tape you can use the brand name is "Kenyon" the product is called "k-tape" its used to make field repiars on tents tarps raingear etc works really well on synthetic fabrics. you can find it at gander mt, cabelas, campmor, I guess just about any sporting good's store that sells camping gear. I used it on a seam on my old top that had parted to get me through a few months till I could get a new one ,, 2nd the recco on quadratec for a new top,,
It should get you through for a while otherwise go to an auto upholstry shop and have them sew or bond it.
