The 3rd brake light on my rig is B.O. Bulb OK obviously, the problem is the 'two contacts in the cargo area' that meet the two pins on the tail gate have nothing behind them. I can pull them (the pins) right out, insert a test light and nothing there. Is there a wire harness that maybe fell off inside and wear is the acess. No can find. Otherwise I will just remove the 3rd light altogether so people stop telling me my 3rd brake light is out. Any ideas?
