Used in prison cooking when the guys don't want to go to the chow hall or when it's a late night and they get to watch a movie and make snacks.

Inmate burrito ingredient. Dorritos or fritos, cheese squeezer maybe a chunked up pepperoni stick. Add hot water to dorritos still in the bag, crush up to make a paste. Roll it out like a tortilla, add other stuff roll it up...inmate burrito.

It's like the little packet of cheese spread or peanut butter that comes in an MRE. You can eat it, but they taste like shit.

There is nothing good to be found in "hydrogenated soy oil"
(and it has a lot of sodium, too)

About 20 percent of the US RDA of sodium (2400mgs) in a serving.

It's a small heart attack in a pouch, which is squeezable.

ETA: CHRIST, I didn't see there were FOUR servings in that packet. The whole thing is over 70 percent of the US RDA for sodium. That CAN'T be good for anybody.

Don't feel left out.

The only thing I know about it is the same contractor sells produce to the prisons and the school system here.

Try it.

I put mexican cheese dip on most everything I eat.

It's basically the same thing.

Okay, people.

I now have a hankerin' for this stuff. Plan to infiltrate the supermarket in around 15-20 minutes. What is the closest thing I can find to the MRE stuff?? I have never seen the OP's thingy before.

Does Easy Cheese make a jalapeno cheddar flavor?? What are my options, people!!

Game of Thrones snack enjoyment is at stake!

It's 49 fucking cents and you race home to post a question?

How about buying and trying it and posting the results ...

Probably, that is what I was thinking too.  Getting the MRE with the jalapeño cheese was like the field lottery!
