That's what I said when I was in the Corps. there should be one standard, several "grades" but one set of scoring rules.

Hopefully the writers aren't stupid liberals and were trying to show the idiocy of women in the military and how they and PC policies screw things up. Haven't seen it yet, so I don't know.
In any event, Catherine Bell is hot. |

They wound up charging the complainant with Conduct Unbecoming, as she had leaked the tape to the tabloid show to show how mean the Colonel was. Mac also asked the female "captain" to consider that she might be happier in civilian life.
Mac did her PFT, and the Gunny doing the timing said, "Not bad for a lawyer!" The Colonel who was being investigated replied, "Not bad for a Marine!" If a woman is able to do the job, I'm all for it. Making separate standards will just lead to lives lost. Either theirs, or those that were relying on them. |

I did have to laugh at Bell qualifying with her .223, and it was ripping 50 caliber plus holes in the target.
I guess in the world of Gee Gollywood, a REAL 50 could take out a panzer. [rolleyes] Don't get me wrong - JAG is STILL my favorite show. [:D] |
