Ithaca went out of business last year.  I guess someone acquired the rights and is starting production at a new facility in Ohio.

Hopefully they'll make a Model 37 M&P (8 shot, parked, smooth reciever).

Could do without the goofy stock and rifle sights, but I'll rejioce just the same- hope they slam fire!
