A thread that appears to violate the Conduct Code is begun by a Senior Staff member, is subsequently hijacked by a Moderator, dealing with a known troll, then is finally locked by another Moderator. I have not been here for the duration, but this one boggles my mind. Those who are wound up tighter than a two dollar clock--please back away from your keyboard. It's just the internet. Hoo boy! [rolleyes]

Ya, that was pretty wild. I was amazed at how fast that thread degenerated into something other than the original topic. WOW that was fast! [:)]

It's been awhile since the shit has hit the fan around here. Maybe it's about to happen again.

BTW, it seemed like both that thread and Steyr's were deleted as well. Am I wrong, or did they just fall off that fast?

Steyr voluntarily (with prodding from our friendly Hun) deleted his thread from the night before, which I missed. It must have been a doozy, cause DonR was kinda upset, a little bit....

I was surprised at DonR going postal on SA, but I can completely understand it:

You can piss in someone's Wheaties just so many times before they hit back.

DonR has my support in this particular mattter.

How can I not support him.

I wanted to edit that into my post on one of those threads, but it's gone now.

However,
I just did recieve an email from someone looking for support to have his account, which was locked by DonR, unlocked by the "Goatmeister"

Something about DonR "totally loosing his $hit", and the FBI ?????

I don't understand why this person thought I'd care:
I really don't, and I'm just not really sorry about it at this moment.

My apologies gentlemen. This started out on another forum, and should have been dealt with there, but someone felt the need to drag it over here in order to get himself his attention fix. At no time was I speaking as a Staff member, but as just a member. The thread was deleted by the individual who was taking the ass whooping in the matter. This board, and the members matter greatly to me, and I'll not tolerate them being used for someone's amusement. Since I know that he's lurking, if that individual would like to pick up where we left off last night, please feel free, since you deleted the ass beating you took last night. This is my home, and these are my members. If you want to continue to treat them like your subjects, it'll be through Texas!
